The more you put focus on something - the more it will manifest in your reality. If you want to change your unhealthy ways to healthy ways - then docu

Some days ago I was browsing through the channels on the TV and I stumbled upon the British health TV-series/documentary "You Are What You Eat".

For those who haven't heard about this - it's a TV show where Holistic Nutritionist Gillian McKeith inspires certain people who are unhealthy to get healthier. She helps them with eating proper food and exercising enough.


Just like me, McKeith wants to "...share her information and make the world a healthier place."

Everytime I watch this show it fuels me to stay healthy and health conscious and I think it has the same effect on other people.
The show presents unhealthy food (like burgers) in a nasty way so there's no chance you'd be heading to McDonald's right after watching this...

If you want to get inspired to become healthy, you either watch You Are What You Eat or the documentary The Secret.
