The more you put focus on something - the more it will manifest in your reality. If you want to change your unhealthy ways to healthy ways - then docu

Some days ago I was browsing through the channels on the TV and I stumbled upon the British health TV-series/documentary "You Are What You Eat".

For those who haven't heard about this - it's a TV show where Holistic Nutritionist Gillian McKeith inspires certain people who are unhealthy to get healthier. She helps them with eating proper food and exercising enough.

Just like me, McKeith wants to "...share her information and make the world a healthier place."

Everytime I watch this show it fuels me to stay healthy and health conscious and I think it has the same effect on other people.
The show presents unhealthy food (like burgers) in a nasty way so there's no chance you'd be heading to McDonald's right after watching this...

If you want to get inspired to become healthy, you either watch You Are What You Eat or the documentary The Secret.

Start a health blog and document your success in health

Keeping a journal - or a blog - is a great way to motivate yourself to stay healthy. The best way to do it is to only publish posts where you speak of your success stories in health - and not your failures.

Why?

The more you put focus on something - the more it will manifest in your reality. If you want to change your unhealthy ways to healthy ways - then document and put all focus on your success and you will see that it will be easier for you to stay focus on being healthy and that being healthy itself will become easier.
It doesn't matter if you blog about you eating an apple or if you lost weight recently by being more healthy - big or small success - document it!

This is all about positive thinking and as you might already know, some like to use the phrase "law of attraction" when talking about this.

When you've started written a few posts, remember to go through your past successes to remind yourself that you are on the right track of becoming healthier and be happy and proud with what you've accomplished. Focus on making your journey better and better - healthier and healthier!

I started my health blog because I felt I wanted to share health tips on the web. I had no idea that the blog itself would (later on) be motivating me to continue being healthy! Which is all great!

If you're looking for something that will motivate you to become healthier, use yourself as a motivation - through a blog!

The health soap that can soothe your eczema, get rid of your dandruff AND remove the stains on your leather sofa

Look! This is my new olive oil health soap. :)
I've always bought fragrance free soaps for use at home (from DOVE), but when I bought the nutritious seaweed shampoo last week, I started to look for "better" nutritious soaps too. And I found this one...

It's made in Syria and marketed as an "oriental health soap" and contains only three ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Laurel leaf oil
- Water

No added chemicals, no added synthetics, no added colorants, no added animal fats, no added preservatives: No added anything!!!

What's special with this soap is that they use the same process today to make it as they did 4000 years ago - they let the soap dry and ripe under the sun for 9 months! This way it gets lighter and harder on the outside, while greener and softer on the inside.

No, wait... What's really special with this soap is that you can use it...
1. ...as a hand soap, face soap or a shaving soap.
2. ...to soothe or heal skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis.
3. ...in your hair for more volume or to fight your dandruff!
4. ...to make your dog's fur shiny.
5. ...to wash your clothes with.
6. ...to remove stains on your leather sofa!
7. ...to clean your make-up brushes.
And more!

But let's not forget that it's perfect for dry skin because, for a soap, it is extremly mild to your skin.

I just bought it and only tried it once. As soon as I've used it more I will post the results on my blog. I will use it as my hand soap, face soap and in my hair.
I'm hoping for good results. :)

Water,Water!

Water.
What's healthier than water?
But do you drink it as often as you should?

You should drink water throughout the whole day. If you can afford, choose bottled mineral water without carbonate over tap water. But keep in mind that tap water is better than mineral water with carbonate as carbonate can thicken arteries, not to mention making your overall pH level in your body sour.
A tip would be that the first thing you do in the morning is to drink half a glass of water. This helps the stomach to get started for breakfast.

I recently read "The Hidden Messages in Water" by Masaru Emoto. It mixes science with belief and in it are photographs of water chrystals exposed to different type of things. It turns out that water chrystals that are exposed to positive words such as Love and Thank You are formed beautifully, while water that was exposed to negative words such as Idiot made the chrystals deformed or not formed at all.

The water chrystal to the right in the first picture was exposed to Beethoven. The one below it to heavy metal music.

Which type of water would you drink?
