Start a health blog and document your success in health

Keeping a journal - or a blog - is a great way to motivate yourself to stay healthy. The best way to do it is to only publish posts where you speak of your success stories in health - and not your failures.

Why?

The more you put focus on something - the more it will manifest in your reality. If you want to change your unhealthy ways to healthy ways - then document and put all focus on your success and you will see that it will be easier for you to stay focus on being healthy and that being healthy itself will become easier.
It doesn't matter if you blog about you eating an apple or if you lost weight recently by being more healthy - big or small success - document it!

This is all about positive thinking and as you might already know, some like to use the phrase "law of attraction" when talking about this.

When you've started written a few posts, remember to go through your past successes to remind yourself that you are on the right track of becoming healthier and be happy and proud with what you've accomplished. Focus on making your journey better and better - healthier and healthier!

I started my health blog because I felt I wanted to share health tips on the web. I had no idea that the blog itself would (later on) be motivating me to continue being healthy! Which is all great!
